its not replacing rafa thats costing us. the guy has messed up again and again.im sick of his rubbish signings and playing players out of position. he has to go.

He had other people ahead of Keane he wanted to sign but was not allowed too. If he had been able to buy who he wanted 1st choice we would not be in this position. He has shown when he has been allowed to buy his 1st choice he has always bought well. Reina, Torres, Alonoso,.....

I'm not so sure, Bav. I think Rafa did want Keane, but not for the cost and the deal that came with it. It was just a big mess.

Of course Rafa wanted Keane. Any other theory is nonsense.

cop on man. he would of gotten rid of alonso and bought barry. i wouldnt put him in charge of the petty cash.. he made a mess of a great situation this year and most of the rubbish thats on that pitch is players he bought. hes great with his tactics in europe but a muppet in the prem. i cant wait to see the back of the selfish git.
shamrock rovers and liverpool are not a matter of life and death to me. they are much more important than that.

It didnt have to be like this, we had our chances......

Once again we were all over them like a bad rash and fluffed 38 chances.

4th place is even a possibility at this rate if Gerrard really is injured again.

You have the game in La 2 mate, if you have the balls to watch it in a better definition.

It all feels so familiar this - every season we put ourselves through this at some time in the season. Supporting a football team is really a loads of balls sometimes.

my thoughts exactly

Yellow card would mean he misses the Man United game...

What does it matter

I would still think that the game has some importance...

Winning the double over them would be something.

I think Rafa may have to go, there is no excuse for this.  Screw who Rafa wanted or whatever, he got Keane and handled that horribly then sold him with no replacement in the midst of a big title challenge with Torres nursing reoccuring injuries.  I don't care what anyone says Keane helped us get into first place and played a big role in it and Rafa threw away our season at that very moment imo.  I thought it would come back to bite us in the :censored: and it certainly has our squad is horrible without everyone entirely healthy and it's naive to expect us to be healthy all year long.  He has to go I think this game has been an embarrasment, over analyzing a :censored: team like Boro? Christ.

even 4th might be optimistic the ways things are oing, maybe we can finish 5th and take 4ths place away by winning it in Rome  :D
