Your allowed your point kindaconfused but losing Hypia was a big blow for us he is our main defender due to his height and doubly important when you consider the way bolton played the match. Rafa may have made a mistake bringing on Traore but at least he has had a chance to see him play and can decide what he wants to do with him from now on.
If your basing your view on facts then I guess that means your looking at all our performances this season and then you will understand why he has to tighten up at the back. As Matt said the team has played one way for 5 years and more specifically the defence has been used to sitting on the edge of its box for all that time. As I said before you are allowed your say but C'mon can you not channel your energies into a more positive slant on things. All great teams build from the back its why Arsenal have the base to play their football, its why the scum are struggling and its why Chelsea are so hard to beat. Its why we dominated during the 70's and 80's and its why we won 5 trophies in one season. If you dont concede a goal you have a great chance of winning. Regarding our Forwards I will be a little concerned if we do not sign someone before the deadline but remember we have the Euros top scorer, the biggest talent in france over the last 3 years and Sinama who I believe will turn into our little defoe given time.
The man who came to merseyside from Newcastle, the man who says he's part of Liverpool as much as the Liver building. When he was needed Alan Kennedy was there. And with now just 8 minutes to go it could be that Alan Kennedy has made a little history.
