Dudek gotta go

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Does anyone agree that Dudek is just making too many mistakes and he's gotta be out of here. Yu don't win anything when you have a keeper goofing off.

I'm still undecided, he's a good shot stopper and one on one keeper but he does seem to make mistakes and to win the league you can't afford to slip up as much as Dudek does, I'm not trying to blame the lad or anything as "you win as a team and lose as a team".

Dudek has his good moments, but when Kirkland is fit we need him between the sticks.

I seem to remember when Dudek didn't make these mistakes, have I developed blinkered vision all of a sudden?

Hopefully when Kirkland is breathing down his neck he will put his a.ss in gear. He doesnt look the same keeper at the mo but thats not to say that he cant regain it.
The man who came to merseyside from Newcastle, the man who says he's part of Liverpool as much as the Liver building. When he was needed Alan Kennedy was there. And with now just 8 minutes to go it could be that Alan Kennedy has made a little history.

His first season was very steady, in the last two seasons he's looked a bit shaky and maybe low on confidence?

We have conceeded three goals in the league this season and you could arguably put them all down to Dudek. We need a solid keeper who will give confidence to the team while the new players settle in. We cannot afford to give awy silly goals like in the last two games.

We should put Boocity in for goal instead. Problem solved! Seriously, I don't think you can blame it all on Dudek. Did you see a player came flying in front of Dudek? He was anticpating a collusion with him and by the time the Bolton player misses the ball and the ball went to the far post, there is no way Dudek can react to it. Its easier to point the finger by looking at the result. I would rather wanted to point out some player missed their assignment on that one. Riise should not be looking at the ball. He should had gone to cover Davies in the first place.

Bad Friedel was ****** for us, thats why he was allowed to go. As for Dudek, i thought he played real well yesterday. Maybe he could have done better to get to the cross which lead to the goal, but other than that he played good.

I thought Riise should have gone straight to Davies to try and close him down, if he had of ploughed towards Davies he would have flopped and tried to hit it earlier, he possibly could have still scored, but it would have made that bit harder to squeeze it in.

I say keep Dudek as a 'Bench Warmer' unless we could sell for several £m. Doubtfull about Kirkland though, he is so injury prone that he must have difficulty obtaining 'Health Insurance'.:;):
