Since I was a kid, I occasionally go through bouts of migraines. It doesnt happen often, every other year or so. My left arm tingles then I cant speak properly, I know what I want to say but it comes in jibberish ! Then when I get my speach back to normal I get the biggest migraine which all but cripples me.

Like I say, this only happens every other year or so and yesterday it happened again which got my missus on my case to get to the doctors to see whats up. Just thought id check on here first to see whats what.

Should I be worried? After the migraine everything goes back to normal.

Like I said in the title, any other sensible advice welcome  :D

Feck me mate yes indeed, the docs it is. The talking gibberish bit I wouldn't worry about as I'm permanently afflicted with that, but that sounds like it might be a bit of a warning sign for something else (feck knows what though). Docs it is mate.

AHA !

Migraines.

Going by that its just a migraine, what I get is rare but not uncommon. I'll still get checked out of course, but I feel better for it. I remember the sympathy I got as a kid when it happened. My mum got scared, my dad looked worried and my brother p!ssed himself laughing because I couldnt speak properly ! He would sit there saying "now say mooo !" He's still a tw@t to this day :D

Don't let your wife read that mate or you might find yourself going short :D

Intense physical exertion, including sexual activity, may provoke migraines

although left arm tingle can signify heart issues and loss of speach is a sign of a stroke.

how old are you?
