Another f*cking thread and another poll about talking about replacing the manager again? Sort it f*cking out! There's enough already. By the way, that list is bollox. There's at least 5 of them that are an absolute no no, plus including Kenny in there? Are we Newcastle f*cking United? Kenny couldn't hack it back then; no way will be able to hack it today in this climate. Ridiculous to even put his name there.

I like how people see Kenny Dalglish as our solution to all of life's problems. Our best ever player, and a fantastic manager, but sadly buckled under the strain. If he came back to the club and took over, I fear his memory would only be diminished.

Think its pointless anyway for a club to bring back an ex manager from a different era.. Thing have changed since then..
Kenny is a no no for me!

Different era or not, it's been 20 years, and if Kenny couldn't handle it then, no way could he hack it now. I'm fairly confident that if he was offered the job, he'd run for the hills.

I havnt even read the thread to see who the popular choice is . An i havnt voted because imo weve got the best manager an theres no one out there good enough to replace him but if he did get sacked well id replace him with me an bring him right back in again as my assistant, Me just turning up at training like to make sure the players have no hidden injurys an Rafa doing the rest. :nod .

Im making a joke of it because we shouldnt even be thinking about any of them two scenarios at the mo so one jest deserves another

I think Kenny could "hack it then", what he couldn't cope with was the tragic aftermath of Hillsbrough AND managing a very successful club.

The pressures on him during that period were relentless, and would have been enogh to see off most people. That Kenny recovered went on and managed another title winning team speaks volumes for the man.

Having said all that whether he could "hack it " or not he may not want or need to come back. He has nothing to prove but maybe too much to lose.

kenny will never ever have anyting to prove at Liverpool - he left because of everything that happened with Hillsboro took so much out of him .

Nail on the head there. Was more or less what I was trying to allude to in the first place.

Parry is an accountant weasel. I don't think Kenny would suit the job at all, though I do agree with getting rid of Parry. Well, second thoughts: I'd prefer Kenny even attempting to do that job rather than that other t0sser.
