I deliberatly didnt put him in there mate - but that does show the sort of manager would could be looking at if the worst happens and rafa does go .

I think you have got me mixed up with someone else - I actually support Rafa and want him to stay for a long time yet . Think you need to actually read what i post as opposed to the polls . they are more for the guys who are constantly asking for him to be sacked or say he should go at the end of the season - This is their chance to name that glourious replacement they dream of to replace rafa . I dont want him going anywhere

Little point us speculating who might come in as we have no influence over such decisions. The question is do we stick with a manager who's yet to mount a serious title challenge and who looks again to be floundering, or change him for someone who has less negativity, knows something about tactics, doesn't fall out with players by the busload and knows a quality LB from a Dossena, knows a quality striker from a Keane etc?

We gave Houllier way too long, at least one season too long. I just hope Rafa doesn't get another season only for us to get off to a poor start and we limp through to the end of the season before getting rid.

DISCLAIMER : the last part is a conditional, don't take it as "I just hope Rafa doesn't get another season"

a couple of points, firstly dalglish doesn't have any making up to do, and secondly anyone who has slated the owners for speaking to klinsman don't even think about voting

even though the owners have never wanted klinsman as manager,they said at the time and gillet said recently they wanted him as a consultant after benitez was approached by other clubs (let's remember he refused to rule himself out of the England job).
