Ibrahim Afalley
Karim Benzema

could both do a job there & theyd be my top 2 targets next season

Long term reported manc target whose price has been reported at levels higher than Berbatov and are more round the figures that have been suggested for Gerrard?

s@int wrote:My only real question about Silva is does he score enough (not really seen him play much TBH.) My own choice at the moment would be Diego ....... he does score regularly, but there are quite a few who could play that role for us, all depends on the price and how much money we have I suppose. Silva is much more versatile though which would be a big point in his favour.

Silva has scored around 4-5 league goals a season in spain. Not exactly a top scorer but i think he would be a good buy. But if i'm not mistaken he has said he dont want to go to England.

Yes to replace your favourite player Kuyt right?  You finally admit that he's no good?

Pardon ? Have always maintained that if you can find someone better to do the job then more than happy for that person to take kuyts place - but sat once again showed how important he is to the team - So in answer to your last question - im not admitting to anything cause there is nothing to admit too .

ok, IF we could have got Benzema for £40m in the summer, would you have bought him instead of Riera, N'Gog, him what left, Cavalieri, Degen and Dossena?

Interesting mate - i think i would of got him instead of them but who would play out left ? think would of preferred Silva plus a striker .

Well we've used Babel and Benayoun on the left, maybe not ideal but not impossible to cover Riera.

The problem for me is that we'd spend £40m on one player, our squad is thin enough as it is, so how would we cope with one signing instead of half a dozen players?

yeah exactly mate - you buy the 40 mil player then loose him for a couple of months and your a bit up sh ite creek . but he is a quality player but havent heard much of him this season yet .
