In the second picture, the cop/negotiator in the left hand window is saying "who's holding the kid hostage? This silly c... in the brown tee-shirt sitting on the window ledge? Give us that fecking gun will yer".

In Chinese, it sounds like this "HyaaaknirHHOOO!!!!! SHISHINOKAWAUSHAWAAA!!!!!! seshoowsHARINNIOOHILAWAYAFEEEH!! JAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaYAAAKITEMEH!!!!!!!.

Almost all Chinese sentences when spoken in their native tongue, end in exclamation marks.
"se e in una bottigla ed e bianco, e latte".
