So Keane should have been given playing time, despite stropping every time something he didn't like occurred?
Pennant. Bellamy. Diouf.
Three players who did the same - I don't ever recall anyone blaming Rafa for getting shut of them...
I didn't see Keane stropping every time he was taken off..... the poor lad must be knackered after 18 strops. That must be why he got dropped for the next game almost every time he scored, the lad was too exausted from all the stropping.
So you agree, then, that he found somethign to disagree with every match?
Why oh why is it always Rafa's fault, and never the player? Would you trust a nob with an ASBO over a Doctor?
I think we have now seen that Rafa can't be trusted to put Liverpool's interests before his own, thats the sad truth mate.
Its certainly not in Liverpools interests to go into the rest of the season with only one striker worthy of the name.
All Rafa has been doing is manipulating the situation to ensure that his new contract was to his liking, both with the owners and now using Keane as a pawn in his own selfish little game.
Saint.
Players cannot be sold without Parry's say so. Why aren't you having a go at him?
Its not just the selling of Keane thats upset me its the shabby way he has been treated, and the reasons why he has been treated so shabbily that has upset me. That Rafa would put his own selfish interests before Liverpools.
Parry needs to go, Hicks and Gillett need to go, and Rafa Benitez needs to go after his disgraceful behaviour over this whole shabby business.
Players need to know they are in or out of the team or squad on merit not because Rafa is playing power games with the board.
Yes, and Sainty-wainty needs to put his toys back in his pram.
Where would this club be if we sacked/got shut of everyone in charge?
Think about it, for God's sake. What you are suggesting would bring Liverpool FC to an end, you daft lamp.
Not really, if we get new owners its only to be expected that they will bring in their own people. If you cant argue without resorting to your soft little insults don't fkn bother.
There is only one person here acting like a child Lando....... and its not me.
Don't start what you can't finish Saint. What makes you feel it's fine to attack the manager, but not OK for me to retaliate on his behalf?
Come to think of it - what makes the rest of you think this way? Surely you're all just reaping what you sew
So let's get this straight:
You want to sell out to some unknowns, and have them restructure the entire club with their own staff?
It will never happen. To do that would close LFC. Simple as that.
Don't start what I can't finish with a child like you ..... don't make me laugh Lando. Try growing up instead of acting like and idiot ....... then again maybe you arn't acting.
No answer to that, then?
I'm not getting banned for you, Bam or peewee - not one of you are worth it.
I have refrained from all swearing. I have not insulted unless provoked (and have done so mildly). I have tried to steer the discussion back on topic several times.
If you 3 think you're going to achieve something by getting the one person who will stand up to your rubbish banned, you're sadder than I thought.
(FAO the Mods - be aware of this - I have done nothing to warrant a ban, no matter how much these upstanding, accomodating posters have goaded me. I have merely fought my corner, without the bad language and severe insulting some lovvies found so hurtful. That is all I have been asked to do.)
Back to the topic...
No answer to WHAT? I have already said that if and when we get new owners they will bring in their own people, and in all likelyhood their own choice of manager (especially if the contract has not been extended)
AS FOR THE INSULTS JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE MILDER THAN YOUR FORMER ONES IT STILL DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE RIGHT. You can look in ANY THREAD around the board and all you seem to have accomplished is to "mildly" insult people in almost every thread you have posted.
I was quite willing to discuss it with you, you preferred to start insulting people.

Hicks and Gillett are a waste of space and will not be missed. Parry according to most is a waste of time money and space and will not be missed. Rafa is proving to be something of a mixed blessing and might be missed but in the end it may prove better for Liverpool FC.

My point is, how can the entire structure of a club change? There needs to be continuity.
I believe that if Rafa leaves, the fans will soon be wishing otherwise.

Which is where we disagree. I think its important to have a manager that put the club above self interest and I don't think Rafa does.
There is no point in arguing any further as its not going to change either of our opinions.
Lets just say I am right and you are simply misled and leave it at that mateI don't want to fall out over this, but I do feel strongly about it, as I am sure you do.
