Gunjohnson or Saviola.

Saviola would be difficult to predict here.

Quick and skillful enough for small spaces, good finishing, but no physical presence. I don't bloody know how he'd adapt here. I never thought LG would fit in England but he did. He wouldn't be that creative one people are demanding though. I'm surprised Saviola hasn't played more over Higuain so far. I like the player but he hasn't impressed in Spain. Wouldn't mind to have him. He has skill, but he also has a legend of not being a too professional player. We'll see.

Gudjohnsen, not good enough for Barcelona, wouldn't IMHO, be a improvement over Keane, but he's less of a gamble because he adapted reasonably well in Chelsea, and both of them would be very different bets from Rafa, totally different players. I think that it would make more sense in Rafa's plans Gudjohnsen, but I'd be more calm with any of them.

Bringing one of those would leave me a bit more calm and less helpless, but it wouldn't be a swap I'd made in the middle of the season myself. I bloody hope we've got a replacement.

If we do (especially Gudjonsen) I will shut the fu...c..k up, learn my lesson and apologise politely in the morning. Until then.....

yeah we just need a creative attacking player to add more balance - wether that be on the right side in place of kuyt or through the centre either way would work .

If we had someone in the pipeline it would have leaked by now. I think we are stuck with the current squad until the end of the season.

Honest and to the point, misguided in my view and a touch harsh on the lad but you've definitely answered the question :D

Rush Job, the deadline ended today but if you have an email that confirms that two clubs reached an agreement before the deadline, it's allowed  :D I guess that if they make the announcement is because it may happen.

If succesful, the interest thing of Saviola wouldn't be the pace because that would be Torres' realm.

The interesting thing is that in those games we're dominating blatantly, when he gets a ball in the border of the area, he won't make an awful Kuytish control, but rather a nice touch and quick turn, creating danger. In that scenario I'd like him.

But for some reason I don't think Rafa will bring him.

With the stikers we have at our disposal I`d take Bent on loan no bother, at this stage I`d take Dean Windass.

So theres very little chance then.

It's one hour more than there Nanny and I should be sleeping because tomorrow I have to work. But if I went to bed 1 hour ago, I'd be turning around the bed with this madness Nanny.

Rush: I don't think he'll bring him because Saviola hadn't much football as of late and he has not great reputation. He didn't succed in Barcelon, he did ok-ish in Sevilla, and failed in Madrid (1). It would be a major bet of Rafa on the player. A player that in the other hand you can't doubt his quality, argie international.

(1) Failing in Madrid doesn't mean nothing because Owen scored and they didn't play him anyway, Raul's shadow was too long. In Barcelona, in that days I think any striker could fail. Meaning, sometimes a player not triumphing is not the players' fault, and sometimes a change of club can mean a huge leap in his career (Torres, Mascherano)
