Lee if i were Rafa i wouldn't keep somebody i didn't
want from day one.

Spot on. People are too busy feeling sorry for Keane. Rafa didnt want him, but he got him anyway. He have him plenty of chances and he showed he couldnt fit in therefore confirming whatever reasons Rafa had for not wanting him in the first place.

I just hope we get someone.

:sleepy: Agreed. Don´t deceive ourselves.

Keane is a good player for a medium level team like Tottenham and a good captain for Ireland, but is not good enough for a big team like Liverpool or Inter Milan when he failed.

We´ll regret not selling him now when his values is still high. It´s about time.

Too bad we didnt give a chump like Kuyt the same treatment we gave Keane.

Get rid of Kuyt and give benyaoun a run on the right. He changed the game when he came on against chelsea

Keane has supposedly texted the Liverpool players to say goodbye. Looks like it could be going through.

Not with me.  Keane was a flop and the fact is he was signed under Rafa's watch.  Rafa must of said he wanted the player and while the price may of been not his idea the facts remain he must of wanted the player.  No way should Rafa get away with being totally blameless in this flop of a signing.  There is no way Parry signed Keane without the consent of the Manager.  Not a chance.

I think Rafa want's rid, I think Keans a goner.

But if the deal did stall for some reason i bet you would be able to cut the tension with a knife.

If spurs want Keane back and are willing to let Dos Santos go then why don't we look at getting some kind of swap deal going. I know Dos Santos is a bit lightweight but at his age he has plenty of time to bulk up, he's got the talent in him to be a great player and would be a good addition I think. I can't see the point in us going for a straight cash deal as it won't help us at all, chances are Rafa won't see any of the money either.

Agree with you 100%, i am shocked as to why anyone thinks Rafa would stay if the bulk of his transfer budget was spent on a player that he never wanted.
