I do feel the teams peformances fall on his head yes as he built the team and sets it up.

If players play bad its his fault as he bought them.

you cant come up with a statement saying you support the manager and player and team no matter what after the amount of posts you have posted that has done nothing but slag off and critize our manager plus some players . ???

Because I want him gone end of season don't meen I won't suport him in meen time and hope he can turn things around and prove me wrong.

Thats what football is about people getting proved wrong and for me that would be a better result then him going.

But I personaly feel that won't happen or I wouldn't have said any thing.

but how are you supporting him by constantly slagging him off ?!?! thats some weird kind of support you have there

Its simple - you either give the manager your support and stop slagging him off on a daily basis or your dont support him in which case carry on with the constant abuse of him .

That name always makes me laugh..Leigh Royal Mechanical Institute! What a name for a team.
What did they used to be called?

I could pretend I was mate , but unfortunately I was mistaken (I think). I thought they were previously Leigh Amateurs(who I played for), but I just checked on Wiki, and their previous name was Horwich RMI. So maybe they were better than I thought

Why is it acceptable to criticise our players ..... as you have done, but not to criticise the manager? Surely he is just as accountable for his mistakes as any player.

im not saying you cant have pops at the manager etc about tactics and so forth but make a statement that you will support the manager no matter what after spending a good couple of days constantly slagging him off to me is reidculous and a total contridiction . i will support our manager but understand he does get things wrong like pretty much everyone but i wont go around constantly slagging him off then say will support him no matter what ?!?!

Presumably he means by that, he won't be asking for Rafa to be sacked until the end of the season?

I think Rafa can be criticised like Hicks, Parry, the players and the next fella.

I know I'm too optimistic sometimes and defend Rafa, but out there there's the opposite to me, that is, when we're first, the merit is not Rafa's but the players' or Rafa forgetting about some personal method. Either that, or he's lucky. When we have a blip, the same people blame every one of our problems to Rafa.

The pattern of blaming Rafa of everything is so exagerated, that people want to see beautiful football in a derby, and when you have a typical derby, instead of acknowledging that they blame of it to Rafa.

My point, saying all the time Rafa is a genius and cannot make mistakes isn't right. But blaming him of everything is not balanced neither.
