Yeah no one said being a manager was easy far from it.

I also think as far as rafa goes with managers we had before I feel he in some areas has been a big improvemet I just atm can't see how he is going to take us to the next level (IE winning the league).

Secondly, loved Barry's line about the spouting sh!te and the flies

Thirdly. Is there any chance we could drop once and for all this "who do you play for, whom have you managed" nonsense. If GYBS for instance, or Lando thinks that Rafa isn't deserving of the critism he gets, then whether or not they have a Champions League medal is totally irrelevent. If they played for the Dog and Duck in the Bognor Regis senior League, division 5 B it's irrelevent. They're still entitled to their opinion, as is everybody else. Not only is it a silly argument, but believe me there are many pro's current and ex who are absolutely clueless about the finer points of the game. Remarkably to most fans, many of them aren't greatly interested to be honest. Danny Mills was positively proud of the fact that football was his "job", and that he never watched other matches nor kept up with who was top of the league etc. He said himself he wasn't interested. Even Fowler has alluded to not being overtly bothered apart from what is having an effect on his team. There are exceptions in the shape of people like Carragher, but for every ex pro who goes into coaching there are fifty who have had enough and buy a pub somewhere (silly feckers   :D ).

Mick only a fool would say Rafa does'nt deserve to be criticised at times. He does,in fact all managers do!I'm sure any professional manager would be the first to tell you that it comes with the job.Im sure they are all practically immune to it by now in fact! Some of Rafas team selections and subs have been suspect at times, but they always have been at times so he's always gonna cop a bit of flack on here for that!

As for Lando and GYBS questioning Legbarnes.I can understand that. All he does is moan, moan, moan. The odd whinge is OK but when a certain poster constantly complains about Rafa.,says he should go at the end of the season..despite being still in 2 big cups and only 2nd in the EPL by goal difference.Throw in the fact that he states that Babel is only sh'ite because he does'nt get enough minutes on the pitch, when clearly everyone eles can see he's a tube...Well that poster is gonna attract attention on any forum. Now he's told us he's been in dressing rooms and witnessed mangers loose the players and he thinks Rafa needs to be careful because he may loose the players soon!
He also said that Rafa looked like he's just had a row before the match yesterday..Sorry no..he looked like he always does!
Again, this is why he attracts attention, cause he constantly focuses on negatives. If theres nothing there he can still make one up(like the pre match interview one)
You are right though,it does'nt matter if he's played for or managed Leigh RMI,some sunday team,Or real madrid..cause he's still full of sh'ite and its annoying to read!
No offence LegBarnes,Im sure you are a really knowledgeable fella when your not talking or typing!

But even GYBS said I want to know if people want him to go at end of season and explian there reasons why so I do this and then get hammered for it.

Wheres the logic ?

Yet agian tho I dont focus on the negitives thats something you have made up I am normaly very positive about liverpool , rafa and the team I just have lost confidence in him big time.

Tbh I wasn't only one that noticed rafa was acting wierd so !

:D  Although you make the point in a funny way, you're right. It makes absolutely no difference what level he played at. If he talks b0ll0cks, he talks b0ll0cks. Doesn't matter who he played for.

Neither if he played 11 games for Grimsby in 1997 would it mean that he talks sense either. It would simply mean that in 1997 he was a fecking excellent footballer (and I'm not being sarcy either).

Fair enough fella..i guess you were asked,so i cant exactly blame you for that even though your wrong!lol

But FFS at least try and see that things are not as bad as your posts would make out.Everyone on here gets frustrated at times with the manager and players cause we all care.
But think of it this way..say someone was reading your posts OK.And this someone knew nothing of where we are in the EPL,or how we are in the cups.Could you forgive this person for thinking we were out of Fa cup and CL and lying somewhere mid table or beyond?
I'd say thats what they would think. My point being all your negatives and whinging are OTT!

Im not saying everything is perfect cause its not,but we sure as feck are'nt in a bad position!

Yeah I know we look fine its the form that worries me more then any thing we just can't seem to break teams down and our plan in general is so easy to read everton never looked like in trouble in that game and that scares the sh.it out of me as I really don't rate them as a team yet they seemed to hold us off with out to much trouble.

Tho people might say yeah but they didn't attack , thats fair point but this is problem liverpool have teams know they can just sit 11 players behind the ball and hold out and maybe nick one from set piece or counter attack.

Im sure most are concerned about the amount of draws we have had..myself as much as anyone! Its frustrating as hell to watch.Especially when we are usually the better team and deserve more than a point..or in yesterdays case to go through(well going by the 2nd half performance anyway)

That comes with us being where we are though. When you are at the top and have only lost 1 League game all season there are 16 teams in the EPL that will delighted with a point home or away, they will play for that and are good at it too!
The play though has been mostly OK,granted its not usually beautiful football. But we have rarely been dominated this season,we are usually in control of games and just fail to land the killer punch.Im not saying its good enough, because it fuc'king is'nt!Things do need to change,we basically need to score more goals, convert more chances, anyone can see that.Torres is obviously the man we want back to his best,he still looks a good bit off it yet but hopefully he can come good in the next game or 2 and the whole team can benifit as a result.
But its still not as bad as you make out..all the moaning is not justified IMO!

Hey there is nothing more I want then to be proved wrong it would make me a very happy man.

But I will support my team no matter what and will support my manager no matter what but I will also voice my concerns when I feel they need to be voiced if you look at my post history I am always trying to be positive about liverpool the manager and team but atm I really think things are going down hill.

I don't feel we played well 2nd half in that also We had control of game yes but what we did with ball was dire.

If they had a good striker things might have different.

I could pretend I was mate , but unfortunately I was mistaken (I think). I thought they were previously Leigh Amateurs(who I played for), but I just checked on Wiki, and their previous name was Horwich RMI. So maybe they were better than I thought
