Really ? the guy has done well at every club he has been at . nothing laughable about him at all .

be serious mate do you really think he's good enough for LFC ? (na thought not) opinions vary mate & we're all entitled to them, for me he doesn't deserve any more time & effort on this so let's agree to dis-agree, if you honestly think he would be a good signing for us then, we are miles apart in foward thinking of LFC.

For a period of 6 months mate i think he could do a job for us . give us an extra option we have missed since crouch has gone - the guy is a very good striker .

I suppose I wouldn't kick and scream initially but if we a fail to win the title and we're stuck with the :censored: for the next 2-3 years it would do my head in. I'd rather bank on Torres coming good and Keane finding some form.

I know.

Pennant is a better crosser than Rafa so we should of kept him, got Carew and through Rafa out on loan at Pmpey.

Carew would be a decent options. His a good players and you never know may do well with us if we brought him. Martin would over value him and probably say you could have him for 15 mil.. Anywayz i tihnk we should be thinking on the lines of longterm than short term. Would prefer a prolific striker than a fringe.

Shi'te as usual from Sam the Eagle!

We put plenty of balls in the box that a player of Carews heading ability would thrive on.It happens a lot,we just dont have a player of that type to nut them in!

Anyway i'd take him now till the end of the season and maybe beyond if he done OK!
in fact he'd be a good option from the bench when we are failing to break teams down..because its an attacking option we dont have at present.Defenders are winning nearly all the ariel balls against us!
Chances of it happening...zero!
No way O'Neill will let him go to LFC after all that shi'te with GB!
