One comment received by SSN (obviously from a Mwanck fan) was that "Fergie reduced Rafa to a quivering wreck".  I think this fan must have been watching something esle.

Sure Rafa was justifiably angry.  But IMO he conducted himself in a good way.

Clever timing by Rafa and now it will put the attention back on Ferguson.

It’s official...Man utd see us as title rivals

I think its great to be talking like this before a very big game for them. It just takes their eye off Chelsea a little lol! We just have to make sure we beat stoke now.

IMO Rafa is respected in the world of football and when Rafa talks I think people listen.

All Mwanck fans are saying that this is "Rafa's Keegan moment" and that Mwanck Utd have Rafa and Liverpool FC right where they want them. This is total nonsence.  Why is it that when someone responds to something that Fergie has said, they are accused of losing the plot etc, but when Fergie says something he is called the "master".

Rafa was cool, calm and collected- he was not ranting. Someone had to speak out and Rafa chose to do that.  I bet Fergie was hopein gthat Rafa would lose his rag, well he didn't.  It shows that he is not afraid.

By the way, its being talked about on Talksport.

Redmen you must be fired up.

I put a thread on here about this very situation a few days ago and one of the mods has disgarded it.

Fergie will be fuming, it shifts the eyes firmly onto the cheating purple nose t waat and what he does to the referees. No doubt he will come back with some kind of comment that he doesn't see us as rivals and don't be surprised if he mentions something about Robbie Keane too.

It was like Rafa was in court or something giving evidence reading out exhibit A & B or something.

Well it is gloves off time,Let the games commence

Go on Rafa lad!
Heard bits on the radio at work and could'nt wait to get home to see the rest.
Its about time Rafa came out fighting. The thing is he is absolutely spot on and EVERYONE knows it.you can always see Fergie having a word with refs before games.Rafa is right,Fergie does get special treatment and away with things no other manager does.

I always said he should not have got the "sir" title until he retired if at all.The only sir in the League and as a result he gets more respect from the powers that be.Almost as if the refs and officials are afraid of him at times.

Good words Rafa..I dont know what he was trying to do but he's just stirred the sh,it bigtime, things are gonna hot up!

Not so sure about it really, no matter how cool Rafa has been about it;
they'll twist it and make out he's lost it.

You either take the bait or not.

I agree with what he's said, but as I say, they'll just say he's lost it.

I see the press are at their usual games..."Rafa rants" or "Rafa rages" being the favourite headlines.  You wonder if any of them actually watched the press conference? :glare:

Exactly Bob - it'll all be how Rafa has lost it.
