I wouldnt be a big fan of them anyway, far to sneaky
I have a Jack too. And a cat. They are best mates, but the Jack - who is called Jack - bullies the cat, but never harms him.
I'm not too fond of cats. However, if one day you cat haters wake up and find a dirty stinking b@stard of a rat giving you the eyeball from across your back yard into your kitchen, you'll quickly find the idea of a cat a lot more appealing. They are fantastic little predators and keep the vermin at bay. Anyone who keeps a cat for the sole purpose as just company in the house is an eejit. A cat has to earn its stay, and that's by protecting the house and surroundings from rats, otherwise it's a useless, smelly b@stard.

Was looking after the neighbours cats this past fortnight while they were on vacation and it was a nightmare. Every single day one of the little feckers either puked, sh!t or p!ssed somewhere they weren't suppose to. Their people obviously knew this would be a possibility, so they put plastic over all the furniture. No bother for these little sh!tbags, though--they went to the trouble of pulling the plastic off the back of the couch before puking all over it. Narsty!
I will say this about cats, though--they've got personality. Too many dogs have had all manner of intelligence bred right out of them. All they do is follow you around like a slobbering idiot. It's like having the slow kid at school take a shine to you.
