yeah i get what you mean

though the sad bit is that half of it wont have any frosting

another way is to cut the cake in an X then pile them up on top of each other and cut it straight down.

There are 5 houses in five different colors
In each house lives a different nationality.
These 5 owners drink a certain beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar and keep a certain pet.

The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
The German smokes Prince.

after spending 45minutes trying to put together the clues i think i have solved it

its the German...here is what ive calculated

1) yellow - norway - dunhill - cats - water.
2) blue - dane - blends - horses - tea.
3) red - brit - pallmall - birds - milk.
4) green - german - prince - coffee -
5) white - swede - bluemaster - dogs - beer.
