Liverpool keepers of 80s had a lot less to do thanks to the 10 players in front of them. While they were great keepers if they were playing in todays Liverpool i wonder how many mistakes they would be making. And even before the bribe scandal Brucie was regarded as Brilliant but erractic
SKYSPORTS "But as the opening 45 minutes wore on, the threat of a goal from the home side diminished. Indeed it was the unfancied Austrian champions who came the closest to breaking the deadlock as Jerzy Dudek twice failed to deal with floated free-kicks and was lucky to see no Grazer player capitalise on his mistakes." This an part of the match report

I have never seen Dudek make a blinding save. A blinding save would be him stopping that goal last night. He makes saves he should (and lets some in he shouldn't). He is not strong enough or brave enough. Rafa seems to be a good judge of average players. He will buy another keeper.
Jerzy needs to see a shrink to get his confidence back! A mistake a game is 2 much for LFC. Otherwise ask Kirkland to stop getting injuries:D
It is obvious that the league is going to be won by the tem which makes the least mistakes. Watch Chelsea and their unexicting game. They are here for results and we cant afford to give away our points and goals:angry:
