Very good position to be in, very happy with the lads, it was difficult today. I was confused with som of Rafs decisions, not to sart keane was questionable but not bringing him off after kuyt was so was criminal. kuyt and dossena were gash.

Looking at the bigger picture, we are doing better than OK, and im still very very happy. Just a shame about these draws at home it could have been so much better. but it is time to back the team as we have a big game next up and as always a difficult christmas period to contend with.

Yeah true, the lads gave it their all.

We just needed a striker, unfortunately Kuyt is never going to be that. And although Keanes form is not all there, Rafa should of thrown him on.

Alonso, Hyypia, Arbeloa, Gerrard, Yossi and Mascha all played well and deserved three points. :down:

ER I love your faith in Rafa but he did fuck up today, there is no two ways about it. It was his own fault no matter how you want to dress it up.

technically, he wasnt even on the bench. and Lakes i did hear them saying he was having 1 foot on the field too

it might be true then, thats not good, we dont need player v manager at Liverpool.

at Kuyt and Rafa but why is no one talking about Carra's own goal? Sure Dossena got beat then and was the cause of the cross but no way is it excusable for someone like Carra to hit that into our net.

He probably did. But even managers as well as players have their off days. Carra was unlucky, though.

Keane has hardly played like a 20 million pound striker. I don't understand why his price tag keeps on being brought up. Once you pay the money, it is a sunk cost and should not affect any decisions thereafter. Only the players quality and recent form should be of question. I guess we shouldn't ever play Aurelio because he cost less that Dossena? Would anyone really expect Keane to have scored? Not saying that Kuyt was much better, but for me its a non issue.

carra has always had an own goal in him , but something about own goals where its bad neuff they scored them with out reminding our selfs.

He brought off mascherano for Lucas, we needed goals not another midfielder mate.
