Has anyone any ideas who might be next outbound/inbound at Anfield and does the genuine fan feel we are going the right direction and can challenge the 'TOP 3' {as they like to say} within the next season or two.. (we were left waiting on houlliers 4-5yr plan), would love some confidence on this..

Alonso has the same reputation in Spain as Gerrard has over here.

We also have Hyypia, Kewell and Cisse and a manager who's won 2 la liga titles out of the last 3 possible and a uefa cup. Y?ou decide...

Rafa?
Steve Gerrard Gerrard,
He'll pass the ball 40 yards,
He's quick and he's f*cking hard,
Steve Gerrard Gerrard.

Strikers: Cisse and Baros
Midfield: Alonso,Garcia,Gerrard,Kewell
Defence: Josemi,Carragher,Riise,Hyypia

We have a good chance of winning, three weeks ago things didn't look quite good. We probably have the best midfield in the Premiership.

things are deffo starting to look more promising now with the new additions finally arriving, they will need time to adapt though but hopefully we will start working well as a team soon and start challenging in the league

Well i certainly feeling alot more confident of the Pool conducting a realistic challenge then i was a few months ago.
I never liked seeing any LFC manager get the boot but i really think in hindsight GH probably wasnt the same guy after his illness.
I was over the moon when we got RB and nothing he has done since has taken me out of orbit yet.
I dont think we will suddenly become a overnight success so the doom merchants will still have plenty to write about in next weeks but in the long term i think we are in far better shape

If we can get a classy centreback & another striker (better than pongolle at least), we are all set.

According to Liverpool.no,  Liverpool is interested in signing another right winger. It says that a 17 year old spanish talent named Carlos Carmona Bonet might be heading for Anfield from Real Mallorca. He`s a spanish youth-international, btw on the same team as Arsenal`s Fabregas

The German news agency AFP claims that Liverpool has made a £4M bid on Samuel Kuffour today. It`s also said that they reckon he will become a Liverpool-player by the end of this week ???

i read that aswell. it's on the liverpool website. he's a class player who at 28 is compared to a younger marcel desailly. i think he'd be a class addition for that price.

And so do I. He has joined Bayern Munich in big events earlier and by that gained experience which would come in handy for us  :)

Rafa has identified very quickly wats needed and gone about it in a quiet and composed manner.
He seems to b bringing a better class of player than gh, and players 4 now not young inexperienced promising ones 4 the future.
Bring it on
