You would think with his experience Benitez would at least know Keane and Kuyt would not work. Add to that Benayoun who never stays wide, and what u have is all posession no penetration. I fear we are not ready...

He needed to adjust his game... 45 mins he went missing he should have known that the way the game is going he needed to come deeper to try and connect with Gerrard or Benayoun but he just sat there high up content on being marked by their 2 central defenders...

they seem to be playing for the draw... playing 8 at the back and bellamy and cole higher up...

I expect Agger to come on for Carra or Hyypia and maybe Babel on for Keane or Benny if things dont change soon...
need people to take the ball forward on their own instead of giving them all the time in the world by passing it around and allowing them to organize at the back...
