we'r keeping the ball in the right areas of the pitch as far as im concerned... our 2 strikers look very poor but Gerrard and Alonso are bossing the game like theres no tomorrow...

Like i said if we had Pennant down the right instead of Benny we would have looked better... if we had a decent striker instead of Kuyt of Keane we would have looked even better... just takes a little defensive mistake or a good effort from one of our midfielders and we'd be in it...

I was thinking about pennant, he wouldn't have lost the ball as much as benayoun did today.

though I agree, Gerrard and Alonso are bossing the middle, especially alonso.

need to stretch their back 4 a little more... Benny drifts inside taking everyone along with him... theyr always gonna be more comfortable defending our crosses rather than our through balls through the middle... our wide players need to stretch the game a little and try and get our forwards or even wingers behind their defenders to try and make something happen..
