1) Yes, absolutely. If you've committed unspeakable acts against people, then you should be punished in life as well as death. Even if they evade justice in this life, they'll get what they deserve in the next.

2) NO! What's to stop your child from thinking it's OK to go do it for money because it's legal so that makes it OK? It's wrong, and no woman should ever have to sell their body for money. Another stain on the human condition.

3)Absolutely yes. And yes again to them having some kind of physical punishment. If the punishment was so steep, they would think twice before raping, abusing of any kind. It's in their blood to do it anyway, so f*ck em.

Nazis should definately face the rest of their life in jail - they would have got off lightly as that will mean only a few years due to their age, just because they are old doesn't mean they aren't evil b*stards.

prostitution should be legal - brothels, license, compulsary safe sex, over 18(both client and professional), constant health checks, she their by her own free will etc

I'd lock paedophiles away for good. I think they are genuinely turned on by children, if somebody told you it was wrong to fancy hot women, you still would but maybe you'd try not to act on it but deep down you want to screw them. Same with paedophiles. As I wouldn't have them on the street, castration wouldn't be an issue (but they use other artificial methods to sodomise their victims)

1. Go after Nazis yes but how many are still alive is another thing, but if you can find them then prosecute them

2. I would legalise prostitution and look at countries that do already to see what the pitfalls are and how we could improve on it

3. Castration no naming no as it implicates innocent victims but we need to seriously look at ways of improving the safety of children. Off the top of my head I would set up a specific police department to deal with this as ordinary police have other things to deal with, therefore getting experts on the problem who can offer good solutions and law changes.

I know one oncident where an innocent guy was beaten up as he lived next door to a sex offender and the gang got the address wrong, vigilante gut reactions invariably go wrong, we need experts to police this

As a libertarian I am all for legalization of prostitution. It would make life much safer for prostitutes as they would no longer need pimps. Instead they would work at real places of business and get health insurance and the like. I am sure that if it ever was legalized it would be an all over 18 thing, and in fact you would not see them walking the streets for money, because they wouldn't have to. People would know where the brothels were and if they wanted some sex, they would simply go to them just like you go to Macdonalds if you want a Big Mac. There would probably also be zoning laws that brothels couldn't be within a certain distance of schools.

Don't like the general term "sex offender" because you can throw that around and cause a lot of harm to people who aren't the sickos that you normally think of when you hear the term. In some states, an 18 year old having a 17 year old girlfriend that he has sex with is enough to put you away as a "sex offender"

absoultely cannot stand this way of thinking. Trying to force YOUR personal set of morals on other people. Who are you to deny a woman a legal right to earn money for her family just because you do not agree with it? We are not talking about sex slaves, we are talking about legal vouluntary prostitution. Which is basically letting strippers do what 99% of the guys in there wants them to do, and getting paid for it. SHould pornography be illegal?

Its up to you parent your own children, not the government. If you want your children not to do something, then its up to you to teach them that its wrong.

It's a seedy underbelly of society that my moral values tell me should never be allowed to be accepted. That's the way I was brought up. 1) If you talking about Nazis involved in genodicial mass slaughter, certainly. If you talking about some poor soldier who followed orders and shot somebody in reprisal during a total war. Well personally I think resources would be better spent on tracking down mass murderes in balkans,Rwanda and central America.

2) Certianly should be legal as long as women arent forced into it, they provide a service . Its also makes disease control far easier

TBH if it was me and I had a few hungry kids to feed and I needed money I would consider it. I'm not saying its right but at the end of the day its my body and I can do what I like with it. If wanna sell it for sex then surely thats my choice??
