3-0 , ryan babel brace and torres to open the scoring . I don't think keane or stevie will be fit enough to start . The worrying thing is that masch and alonso will sit too deep and not push up like stevie does . We need an early goal than it could be a thumping . Fulham are poor away but they could do a stoke on us , just hope everyone brings their scoring boots along . Special praise to arbeloa , i don't really rate him but he has been superb this season probably the most consistent at the back , bar the wigan game .

Nah.What he's "got" to do is shut his gob, get his head down in training, bide his time on the bench and, when he eventually comes on as a sub, focus on making a telling contribution. If he does that 4 or 5 matches in a row as a sub he might earn the right to lead the line in our first FA Cup match, when we opt to rest Torres. Based on current form and attitude, he hasn't remotely earned the right to start and I'd have serious reservations about partnering him with Torres even if he were doing the business.

If i was getting a bit part role too i would be annoyed , i know babel should have kept quiet but he does have a point as well . He's done well so far this season coming on as a sub and he played decent against spurs where the whole team lacked fludity and drive but we scored from 2 of his corners . Lets see what he is made off and throw him upfront for a change where he feels he is the best . He's not a left winger and why rafa persists on playing him there only god knows .

I guess we see things differently then, mate, because for me:
1) the team's doing just fine without him starting and I don't think messing with a winning formula to accommodate one player makes any sense whatsoever
2) his form this season has been decent at best and dire at worst, which means that I don't think he's earned himself a start. In particular, I found his performance against Spurs in the cup to be fairly poor. He put in two crosses that a competent keeper would have dealt with and otherwise did virtually nothing. As a senior player fighting for a place in Rafa's first-choice 11, it was a fairly insipid performance, TBPH, a not one we should be rewarding with a starting role.
