Made up that we won, but we can't keep doing this to ourselves!  Exciting as it is, it's driving me crazy.  That said, still unbeaten and top of the table suits me just fine.  The great start continues.

Criminal how mate??
Sure he plays well and has scored goals from there as well.
Im just glad we have him this season or we'd be a lot worse off! :buttrock

agreed he has been our best player so far many of you doubt him but he sure is proving you all wrong.  :p

I've never been OTT on the lad.I think he's been worth his weight in gold for many reasons since around last Xmas!
I also said at the start of the season he will fu'ck a few people up on here this season. He's well on his to doing that and long may it continue.

Glad most here are giving pennant his due ......Only a idiot will say that pennant had a bad game...

Hope we see pennant on the right more often...and kuyt can partner torres upfront....until keane finds his feet.

TBH until the sending off we looked to be second best all over the pitch, but I think they were tiring even then, the sending off was just the final nail in their coffin.

We will need to up our game against Chelsea, but if we continue to show belief and determination like we have done I can't see why we can't get a result.

not really... they scored 2 goals but it was down to individual errors... we didn't play too bad... but we didnt' look too solid either...

yeah he gave us much needed width today on right which tho kuyt works hard out there he isn't a natural at hugging touch line.

Pennent was a 8.5 for me today looked a little rusty but great come back game imo.

We need to get the defense sorted out , 1st goal an absolute blunder by messi , i mean agger . He made up for it but than again we could have avoided that goal . The second goal , was again another error , it was not a fantastic cross and dossena should have put a foot in but zaki made the best of it .

At lease i have zaki in my team and valencia as well :D

great result in what could have been a bad day at the office...what impresses me the most is the fact we don't overly rely on one player anymore. No Torres today...no problem.

The real test will come again Chelsea....if we win that i might start to believe we will challenge this year
