I don't think anyone really stood out tonight, a good strong alround performance, against a pretty poor PSV side that we dominated from start to finish.

You don't half come out with some weird comments.

Hate people with no belief, im well up for this season after this great start, It's looking good and I have hope as always.

What must some people do? Sit there and the start of the season and go

"nope, I'm sorry we're far too sh.it to win anything this season, I shall go drown myself in a bowl of faeces now"

??

Weird f.eckers, couldn't have that attitude myself

Moving quickly on, what did you think of what Souness said about having two strikers helping Gerrard be a better midfielder Stu ?

Hey ! I live in a council house ! When we signed for it we had to grow our grass and ensure that for 8 of the 12 months of the year we have an old mattress and broken fridge in the yard. Other than that its ok !

I missed what Souness said s@int thank god. :D

What point was he trying to make? Steven Gerrard for me is utilised completely wrong by Benitez. He's better from the right than he is off the front man or even better still I think the way he was used against Everton is the way he should be used every week.

Yes he'd score less goals and get less assists but I still think he'd contribute alot moreto the side in that area, he'd get into the game more and have more of an impact on the way we play as a team andit gets every good point of his game out.

To be honest, I'd forgotten how good Gerrard was in that role till the Everton game its that long since I've seen it. The last performances I can remember like that were against Chelsea and United in games where he never scored (so was obviously ineffective).
