That is not what I said at all, I explicitly stated that I would never wish an injury on a player but that I wished Kuyt wasn't a selection option for Rafa, this is just another example of people reading what they want into my posts.

Contrary to most peoples opinions I'm not actually that negative about the team at the moment, I actually think we are very close to being great except for.......................yes you guessed it Kuyt, seriously I would never wish an injury on a player but I really hope he gets injured for a long period of time just to force Rafa into picking someone else for that position. Kuyt gets into so many scoring opportunities, at that he is either very lucky or very good, but why oh why can't the fella shoot a ball?? Also we need to play a right winger, like perhaps Pennant, as a right wing. If that is obvious to me why isn't it to supposedly one of the best managers in the world?

This is what you posted and in there i can see it says you really hope that Kuyt gets injured for a long period - thats pretty shocking from a supposed liverpool fan.

Yet you still say you really wish Kuyt would get injured - only one idiot here and he needs to look in the mirror , no true liverpool fan would even suggets that . You totally contradicted yourself - dont want to wish injury on anyone BUT i really hope kuyt gets injured for a long time - well luckly for us he wasnt or we might never of beaten arsenal or inter of the BS last season or got through the CL and beaten the mancs this season.

This thread's in danger of losing its chi.  Everyone take deep breaths, find their inner calm and repeat after me: ommmm, ommmm, ommmm.  :blues:

OK well let me apologise then for my earlier post, of course I don't wish injury on any of our players, or any other player for that matter, I was just highlighting that I wish Kuyt wasn't automatic first choice for the right midfield week in week out.

I do not think it is just the thread, it could well be the forum. There seems to be a cynical culture developing (developed) and I do not remember it being quite this bad under Houlleir, and that is when we had a cr@ppy team. We are miles better now but you would never know it. Admittedly it is not all members, but the lunatics seem to have taken over the asylum and they make the most impact.

Unfortunaely almost all threads are going the same way, even the "calm" ones.

well said kazza - some of the constant negative stiff on here makes you wander sometimes if people just like complaining all the time - have seen some posters post nothing but negative stuff about the club, players, manager fans etc yet never have a good thing to say. And someof the stuff people say about some players borders on obssesion and scapegoating.
