MARSEILLE VS LIVERPOOL - Champions league : sept 16 ko 19:45

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby tubby » Wed Sep 17, 2008 3:38 pm

The true test will be if we can get a win on Saturday. I know it is only Stoke and we are at home but we have always showed to be slack on the back of a European win. The fact that we had a big game this weekend just gone will only add to that.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

great job getting the win with a very tired/unfit team.  great to see gerrard score some more even when he's obviously not fit.

Hello I'm a Olympique de Marseille's fans.
Firstly congratulations for your victory because it was our first defeat. But we have not played as usual.
There was a lack of realism in attack and we took 2 goals on 2 individual errors.
I think you be impressed by Cheyrou, for me it was the man of match. He is the brother of the another cheyrou (Bruno), which has played with you and I can tell you that you had bought the wrong .
Good luck for the rest and do not underestimate us because we will qualify for second round ;)

(sorry for my english)

I do in fact agree with you OM. There's a dinstinct possibility that our very competent chief executive monsieur Reeek Pahree might have just mixed up the two brothers...

Tony

i just watched the first 8 minutes of that and to be honest i think they're pretty much calling it right.

too much quantity over quality in the squad - check
strange team selections - check
giving the ball away - check
not finishing teams off - check
happier to defend than attack - check

obviously it doesn't alter the fact that dunphy is still a prize nobhead though

Force of habit, I'm afraid.

From here on in, I won't put Tony at the end of every post.

Tonyeh, I also posted Sabre in all my posts at the beginning. And you have a point, it's your signature.

Many of us have a enormous *signature* below us, you haven't, so it's a good use of posting politeness to write your signature. The signature being just a simple text "Anthony" is irrelevant.
