Its great reading up on things like this,it makes you wonder.The sheer difference in football between now and then,i always think of what would happen if ya took a player from the 20s,30s,60s and put him in a team now what would happen,if ya put Gerrard or Carra back then!
This is probably gonna sound daft but i love what i read and hear about Ian Callaghan,Roger Hunt and Elisha Scott!
Callaghan for his appearances,Hunt for goals and Scott because I cant believe LFC scouted anyone from here back then plus his career lasted over 20 years
