If the owners are happy for top four finishes, he won't be sacked unless he finishes 5th I think. I dont think he'll ever win the league though

Stats are :censored:, i don't look at em and i don't want to, the only thing that makes sense is winning or loosing.

And i can see how much goals a player scores with my own eyes during a game.

i am pretty bored of him. to be honest the yanks have hanstrung him but he's the one who's bought all those kids and not really given them a chance (btw meaningless friendlies preseason and dead rubbers end of season don't count) he's the one who's deliberately spent 20 mil on keane but has absolutely no supply into him. Kuyt, reiera babel, yeah this really cuts it compared to the rest.

We'll not conceed many, well grind our way to 3rd or 4th best case each year but weve gone as far as we can go with him.

antoher trophyless season unless a league cup or mabe fa cup comes ut way.

Once again Rafa has complained about the money he has to spend, saying that we cannot compete with United, this is a repeat of what happened when Rafa fell out with the owners and was told to keep quiet, we all remember the interview where he was 'training his squad and concentrated on the game'.

Should be intersting to see if the yanks come back with any response to Rafa's comments. ???

I've got an idea - I'm a bit bored waiting to go out...

Just because I can, I'll post up the performance ratios of all the so-called "top" managers at this club:

Coming in at number one, it's.....

John McKenna, with a wins percentage of 61.82%

At number two, enjoying a period of utter dominance, Mr Kenny Dalglish, with 60.71%.

Third in line? Bob Paisley: 56.08%.

Fourth? It's Rafa the Gaffer: 54.84%.

Fifth? Shared by Messers Fagan and Shankly: 52.38%.

Seventh place goes to: David Ashworth: 51.18%

And I really can't be bothered to go any further. Suffice to say that Rafa is easily one of the best managers we've had.

Funny isn't it, that people forget that the others actually lost matches, too...

Shankly had a loss rate of 22.7%.

Dalglish had a loss rate of 14.3%.

Paisley, 17.7%.

Rafa, 21.9%.

Awful record, that... :;):

And before the "It's too many draws that do us..." argument rears it's ugly little head, here are those stats:

Shankly: 25%.

Paisley: 26%.

Dalglish: 25%.

Rafa: 23%.

We REALLY need to stop all these draws... :O

Oh, and one final nail in the coffin of all this doom and gloom:

These stats are reflective of LEAGUE GAMES ONLY, shattering this illusion that Rafa's good record is due to the cups.

Damn, I'm good. :D
