You are starting to get it a bit Leg are you aware that over 150 million has been spent on stadium plans and they have been cancelled indefiently?

There is not going to be a new stadium.

One owner has gone bankrupt once again. :)

He hasnt had as much to spend as United (who robbed there own fans to raise funds) or Chelsea (who got a fool who spent millions and only now realising, he wants it back). No rafa has had the money, dont let City buying Robinho for a daft amount fool you, that is simply a statement from the new owners, that amount of money will not be spent from city again as they will realise, just as abramovich has that its nice to start with, but then you start losing money, and then the cap is placed. We won nothing last year, and so it was always going to be difficult to raise the funds. We have signed Torres, we have signed Mascha, the money has been there but this season, rafa has to challenge, he is under contract, it will end if we dont, and the signings we have made and linked with reeks of desperation.

Ok bright spark you tell me how G & H bought our club for 250 million but now our club is in 450 million in debt in two year?
Without any new stadium.

You work it out.

I suppose its Rafas fault.

It would make sense mabye when they next come over we kid nap them both ransom them one that doesn't pay up we kill every one wins.  :D

But on real note surely it isn't legal to do this surely there is laws to stop them doing this or DIC will look over books and spot the fruad.

I meen in all truth what can we do apart from protest and that hasn't worked since the 70s since they got mas police with riot gear now and wicrowave riot wepons.

When david Moores sold the club we where 80 million in debt we are now 450 million in debt.

We still need over 400 million for a new stadium, LFC doesnt earn that much money to pay back these loans or debt.

We cannot buy any more players that means more loans but worst of all we are paying G & H to own us.

Its a sorry stae of affairs, DIC was going to wipe out our debt this year but they wouldnt sell

I always felt Parry had big part in the poor running of this club no biggy there but i have been thinking of late the manner in which he ran club in last 4-5 years is nothing bar of madness no new investment to make money , then the whole saga with the take over i get feeling he was trying to devaule the club on purpose mabye he has been dealing with the yank for longer then we think ?

Maybe he was doing this to wait to see if some one rich wanted to buy the club then contacted his partners they said we will match there first offer so they buy club.

Of course they get it very cheap and buy on credit win/win.

Then make club look nice for the party that wanted to buy in first place (DIC) , Make a nice profit and move on.

But i don't think they know credit problem was going to happen so its all gone tits up.

No, rafa cannot be blamed for that. He gets on with the team. What rafa can be blamed for are the players he chooses for the team. The players he wants. Dont get me wrong, I love rafa as a coach, when we won the champs league, he became a god ! but since then, his signings, his rotations, he is to blame for that. He got it right latter half of last season, the pressure was on to get the champs league place, he found a winning formula and stuck with it. The result? We have champs league football this season.

He is desperate for results this season, and last year of his contract who can blame him? but his stubborness will be his downfall, I havent come across anyone who can explain his subs against Villa. And its decisions like these that have us all baffled. Accept this, rafa is responsible for the players he wants, the way the team plays, and the fact that a majority of the players we have, whether we like the owners or not, are what rafa has chosen to be in his team.

yeah i know ciggy it just smells like sh.it to me all over worst thing to happen tot his club since you know when.

It has to turn around soon i pray to god it does.

But for me Parry has to go as much as owners I can't trust him any more he just reeks of foulness.

I would be quite happy to be left in room with him and a baseball bat for 5 mins.

Im responding to the opening of the topic, and the last reply, im not diverting away from it fella. So in all fairness, if you want to talk about the debt were in go to the "Takeover" topic. As far as this topic is concerned, im sticking with it.

But I answered that earlier in this topic. Which got the response from ciggy, which got a reply from me. Its not a case of "Who hates rafa" but more a case of one opinion against another. Lets not get bitter but carry this topic on for the discussion it was meant.
