People who intend to get degrees, earn some money and not wind up broke and miserable for the rest of their lives because they didn't want to spend a few more years in education? Those people? Maybe?

Don't know about you but I finished school at 16 and went to college  :D In uni now.

If you stayed in secondary education for a bit longer then that's okay, not everybody is fast enough

Oh, you went to college. My school did 6th form. I assumed you meant you left education altogether. That makes sense now...

My school has a sixth from but cba to that, it's too much like hard work!!!!! Don't start back there 'til wednesday anyway :p

So after the 4th post, this thread descends into whether some poster went to schoool or college? ???

Riera does look a quality signings from what i've seen of him so we'll wait and see.

P.S Any news on Nando's scan?

Well another young signing, bored of them all now, they probably won't get anywhere near the first team

We have to keep positive some how. These young guns aren't going to be around for 3-4 years they'll be out on loan.

Anyone think Rafa's been reading Arsene Wenger's manual on signing players. :p

I think it's a youth team seasonal thing with Rafa that started 3 seasons ago :D

First season, focus on young defenders / midfielders - then ship them out.

Second season, focus on young goalkeepers - then ship them out.

We are in his third season - last goalkeeper signed, now sign young strikers and ship them out.
