Is it me or do many fans complain that managers don't make the obvious changes to teams and keep supporting dead wood, but the moment that someone comes in and implements exactly what they would do if they got a chance, they immediately start panicking?

We all need to relax and get behind Rafa at this point for having the balls to do what he is doing. He clearly has a killer eye and a spine of steel. He comes from a very successful background and I can't believe that he would make these changes without having a solid plan in place.

He speaks of 3 year plans, but for me, he has eyes on massive improvements and probably at least 1 piece of silverware this year. With the changes that he has made and will continue to make, the team is going to be a joy to behold as it grows this season.

To all the worriers, stop complaining it is going too fast.....this is just what we wanted and needed.
