Are you suggesting bias Dawson?? :D

An Irish boxer got beat 15-0 yesterday by a chinese guy!
Now there is NO doubt that the china man hammered him and deserved to win.
But the Irish guy in an interview after was complaining that he should have at least scored some points.IMO maybe 1or 2!

But he totally let himself down by saying"Whats a bronze medal?,they can shove their bronze medal" which regardless of how he felt he should never have said,it shows a lot of disrespect to his fellow competetors who trained for years and failed to do as well as he did and also no respect for the olympics as a whole!

Total little tramp, let himself and his country down and will probably be back stealing cars in a day or two! :nod

Taekwando decision was reversed and Stevenson was reinstated into the competition....however, she lost in the Semi-finals.

Correct decision though - how anyone could have got that wrong in the first place beggars belief.

Diving is good at the moment. Daley is in the final later.

Anyone see the French boxer lose his rag yesterday?  He was fighting a Dominican and they were level on points but the ref awarded his opponent 2 points very late in the match because the French guy was holding on too much.  The lad lost it at the end of the match.

Massive dissapointment considering it will be the last softball medals at the olympics for a while. It probably should have never become an olympic sport. But I don't see why baseball has to be cancelled. The olympics should try and work out something with Major League Baseball to allow the stars to play. It would be a very competitive tournament between Japan, USA, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.

Also, I don't understand why tennis is in the olympics and not golf.

I am pretty sure the home contry can have a hand in picking the sports, maybe we will see some 20/20? :D

I agree that softball as an olympic sport is a bad idea, and that baseball should still be allowed.  If they have such events as kayaking and badmitton than baseball should remain.

As far as Bolt goes, I don't think I've ever seen such a dominant performance from any athlete ever.  To win the 100 by 5 meters while coasting the last 20 was amazing.  He'll kick himself later in life though when he realizes that he could have been another quarter second faster.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

Didn't see the boxer lose the rag, but look at Matos the Cuban Taekwondo man, he was unhappy with the ref and gave him a kick in the face!

Apparently he's been suspended for the rest of his life

Well,  if he wasn't banned he could of competed every 4 years in the olympics, but kicing a ref is once in a lifetime type thing  :D
