This Thursday night we have a world exclusive with Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez and his wife Montse.

The pair have never spoken like this before and reveal to Steve Hothersall what life is like away from the game and how they relax between matches.

Rafa also speaks about his love affair with the Liverpool fans and talks exclusively about which other major clubs tried to sign him when he moved to Merseyside in 2004.

In this rare interview Montse also explains how the Reds boss sometimes asks her for tactical advice after the match plus reveals what it was like on their first date.

We have just been on holiday in Spain and the kids watched the telly in english they are both scousers now, they felt out of place in Spain.

Rafa watches Father ted & Only Fools & Horses.

'We are the same level or maybe below them (the fans) because they are what makes Liverpool great'

Even before Istanbul they were amazed by how friendly everyone made them feel.

Montse: "I am desperate to come home to Liverpool after holidays in Spain after two weeks"

H&G had Montse in tears last year kunts.

Last year was heartbreaking, we had so much trouble, I exploded, crying all the time, at the thought of having to leave Liverpool, I have my life here, my friends, my home, my family. I feel a stranger in Spain, I belong here now we never want to leave.

Rafa: Liverpool is more than a club and the fans are more than supporters.

When things got tough they were behind me, they are part of my life now.

was really good to hear them both talk about there time here and to get a little insight into what they are both like as people away from football, class act both of them.
