We should all, as genuine fans, bid him goodbye and thank him for his committed efforts while he played for Liverpool.

Although many think that he is not good enough for Liverpool, we should not put him down by rubbishing him because he did give his all whenever he plays and also did score goals for us. Come on, guys, we are Liverpool fans, not yobs and our club's true supporters appreciate good effort.

As Liverpool fans we are sometimes guilty of being TOO LOYAL. This is a lot better than being a fickle set of fans but it can cloud ones judgement.

Supply and demand in any market dictates a commodities worth. Murphy was available and there were few takers. Those that wanted him were not our rivals, but mid table mediocrity, were Danny will slot in nicely. Whilst it would be nice to ask for 5 mil nobody would pay it. Hence we got what he was worth, £2.5 mil. Good luck to Murphy but I am glad he has gone.

he was just woeful! i went to watch LFC last seasonfor the first time in a long while, but some of the games he' played in , i had to hold my head in my hands in embarrassment!

It says something if biscan is still there ahead of murphy!

if you watched the yeovil town FA cup match last season, you would have seen that in the first half the yeovil players were showing murphy how to pass and move! and they got promoted from the conference!

hes a third division player, and aint even got what it takes for chartlon!
