I think he scored 16 in his last season for Southampton. I guess they were all league goals because they wouldn't of had any decent cup runs that year.

That really was the reason though. The lads not good enough, when he comes up against good defenders that are playing properly he really does struggle to get involved and influence a game.

If you watch the game and compare what Gallas and Toure were doing in that match to what they normally do it leaves you scratching your head if you understand the game, that game was simply Crouch on a good day catching Arsenal on a bad day.

The fact is the good sides don't always have bad days and therefore Crouch has only had a good game against these sides once or twice. He generally goes missing and does nothing in these type of games.

It's time we stopped f*cking about and letting other clubs dictate how much we sell players for. If someone wants Crouch, then they should be paying at least 12 million for him if small fries like Villa are dictating to us that Barry is 20 million pounds worth and he isn't even a forward. Accepting 8 million for Crouch would just be a sign of desperation for cash on our behalf. Pathetic really.

Crouch has a year left on his contract and 9 million is good and seeing as he'll be free next june

They do need a few english lads if 6+5 comes in, the price of quality english players will rocket ( barry? ) with this in mind i would want 7/8 upfront rising to around 12/13. If there wasnt much interest im sure 9mill would have been accepted, we do need to do business after all.

I'm hoping 'arry comes back with a straight cash bid for Crouchinho (£9m) as I've heard is what Liverpool want (or at least they don't want a bid of cash and add ons to £9m value)
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer
