Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Wonder how his medical went, seeing how he doesn't have a right leg.

I read on some rumor page that he was going to Roma, like 2 weeks ago. Gotta find that site for future references  :D

Your free kick against United.....thunderbolt
Your goals in fa cup, community shield and carling cup final against chelsea.
and even your RIGHT foot against barcelona away :)
Thank you and good luck john arne

Unfortunately this is all he will be remembered for. Scored a few cracking goals but not much else. At one time he was regarded as having a better left foot than Roberto Carlos. And for a time I believed it. Wont be missed by me but appreciate what the fella gave to the club. All the best JAR. I cant help but feel his best days are way behind him.

I am sad to see him go, he has done well for us over the years, we will miss his long throw and his pace.
His work rate was top.

Good luck at the new club.

Good squad player but not of quality enough to challenge the top left backs in the league. I still prefer him over Aurelio, but after playing first choice for so many years, I don't think he wants to sit on the bench regularly. But we do need a good LB so here's hoping his leaving means we get a quality LB at last.

Cheers JAR!

A full-back remembered for his goals says it all.

4 millions a great price so am i right in thinking weve spend only 3 million on getting Dossena & Degen basically

hmmm alonsos gone 2 juventus 4 14 mill & we should get barry 4 15 million...thats 4 mill spent

so with the sale of crouch 2 portsmouth 4 10 mill (i persume) & the 30 mill kitty promised (i think)

then that leaves us with 36 million 2 get 2 18 million proven quality players

i hope :)
