Fullham has a 33 year young manager and they are successfull. Why not think of someone revolutionary, someone recently retired with a good football brain, who was liked by his teamates?

You guys know the scene better than I, but I have seen this work in australia in rugby, and now at fullham. He doesn't have to be an ex England player. Some players have excellent football brains and people skills, but not the football ability of an owen, kewell or gerrard.
Football is a simple game, all you have to do is pass the ball to a player in a red shirt.

If we are to get a new manager I hope it is Martin O'Neil. He is meant to have great man management skills. Ive heard he can get on with the players and have a good working atmosphere but can silence a player with a stare when discipline is needed. If we are to get a new manager we need someone like him and not another schoolteacher. Unknown managers might be good enough for Everton and Fulham but not for Liverpool. If we make another wrong decision then it will be another 10 years before we win the title. We could eclipse UTD's record of 26 years without the title. ANd we dont want that do we? ???

If thats what you what, then Gary McAllister is your man, he was loved by everyone, won us three cups and got us in the champions league,

Though he has little experience, he is doing a good job at declining coventry city,

Interesting. What do you think?
