ffs people now boycotting the club they supposedly love to try and force the owners out

whatever next, i wonder how many people are going to cancel their season tickets in protest, oh yeah, that will be nobody then  :D

by putting less money into the club you are hurting the club, the owners will then be fully justified in saying we have no money for players and we have to make do with what we have or sell players, the team will then suffer, not as a result of the owner, but as a result of the fans.

come on guys think before you act

It's the depth of feeling though pee, people are not doing it lightly , were trying to find ways at forcing the yanks out and this is one of the ways ,we think.

By the way this is not directed at you peewee, but why the feck is this board advertising the sale of the new kit when they know that there is a boycott in place , i know that the dark lord has to get revenue by adverts ,but this is plainly ridiculous NO ?

i am finding it hard to gauge the depth of feeling obviously igor mate, but the way i see it is they own the club and we accept that, rather than waste time trying to force them out, hicks obviously has thick skin so to me its a pointless exersize.

if people really feel about this they should be canceling their season tickets, only then will i believe they are putting the ownership struggle before the team    :D

I have thought about it. I am acting on it. I'm not buying.

Why? Didn't Hicks go on record as stating that profit or revenue from LFC will go towards his US based franchises, what with the strong (£) and all that. LFC is not a f*cking cash cow for Yanks who have no clue about our club and the sport of football. It's like we are being prostituted, and if that means that my money is contributing to that, then I want no part of it. I'll support my club in my own way, not theirs.

If people want to boycott the club, that's their prerogative.

Im not renewing my season ticket, but to be honest it's 'cos of the money rather than the Yanks.

If the boycott is out of personal principle then fair enough.

But don't go thinking that a localised boycott of shirt sales is going to hurt LFC financially, you only have to look at the figures for merchandising outside of the UK to see that LFC is hardly reliant on the UK market for shirt sales.

spot on igor mate, i was thinking the same thing!! what the
feck is this board thinking of by advertising the sale of the
new kit! feck sake pee wee says think before you act - well
it works both ways, don"t fecking advertise the sale of new
kits when they know it will get right up people"s noses!!
me for one. it"s about principles peewee, nothing else
as i have said it might hurt the club in the short term but
all true lfc fans are in this together for the long run, so the club will survive in the long run after these tank tw@ts have
gone for good, cause one thing is for defient they are not in
this for the long run, they very much under estimated the power & passion the fans & everyone who really cares about this football club have got!! for me they have insulted our
intellegence & knowledge of our history & everthing we stand for, so i for one make no appoligies for making my feelings
known they are a couple of bu11s1ters!! & for me once a
bu11sh1ter, always a bu11sh1tter! so i will carry on demonstrating, with the rest of the fans who want the yank tw@ts out, untill they have gone. also purchasing a season
ticket isn"t going against the demonstration cause peoples
season tickets will be showing a long term commitment
which is far more than the yank tw@ts will show!!
& prove like me we love LFC more than they can ever begin to imagine. because we are LFC not a brand!

Just ripped this from rawk , the fella posting is a member of SOS  and is a well respected poster.

Just so you all know, I had a chat with someone fairly high up at the club yesterday and he said that the Shirt pre-orders have taken a massive hit from previous years.

The club are blaming it on 2 things

1)Launching pre-orders and indeed to new kit during an economically difficult time
2)The boycott

The fans are making a massive difference here, keep on pushing

Don Vito Corleone.

If you haven't signed the petition already , please do so , we have to get these two parasites out of our club.

Those fans who are boycotting the new kit should get their WAGS to get them a red sweatshirt or t-shirt and sew a gold Liverbird and the words "Crown Paints" onto the front.

That way, you can show your support, not counterfeit anything, make a personal LFC shirt for yourself, with our best badge and best ever sponsor.

Or better still ,buy a t-shirt from the HJC shop and all proceeds would go to someone who deserves it.
