Its a copy and pasted mosaic from various lines of media!

This is highly obvious due to the fact that so may lines seem familiar and not once in the whole post does the poster say(his or her) opinion!
Every line is from a 3rd party looking in on LFC.

If this poster was atal passionate about LFC his/her opinions would have been evident in the post.
Its just plain utter outright bulls'ite and in the end god bless john houldingism!

Better luck next time Bill! :D

Feck me great post (God 9), the memories came flooding back. I've no idea if you are the reincarnation of a previous poster or somebody new, but whatever I really enjoyed reading that.

Eh? All that and he doesnt even rate the season or really give an opinion, and he calls it "the verdict" . Copied from somewhere no doubt.

Rushie I voiced a couple of opinions of my very own yesterday and the detractors were all over me like a cheap suit. People were assaulted by dildo's, I should change my avatar and it was all "fecking unbelieveable". Now, I think the fellas post is a good one, I really enjoyed reading it and I dared to say so. If as it seems to be the case you didn't like it, rate it or whatever that's all good too.

What I don't get, is why you don't just say so rather than quoting me first and implying that I'm talking out of my erse  It's getting to the point where I'm going to have to run my posts by the thought police censors before I hit the "quick post" button. It's probably worth remembering that everyone is entitled to an opinion, it's a forum and that's kind of the point.

FWIW my feeling was that it was a season overview, in which the poster (whoever it is/was) intended to give an impartial history of the season. In that sense it probably wouldn't have been appropriate to tag on the end "but all that said I think we are moiving in the right direction/fecking it up royally". Anyway, very sorry but I enjoyed reading it  :D

don't wanna start making waves already but wouldn't you consider that an opinion?

my opinion on the season was it was disappointing for large periods of time. we were constantly let down by players not being good enough, the odd selection mistake and boardroom problems. as well as finishing in a disappointing fourth (again)

:D  I couldn't be more chilled if it was the middle of winter, I had just taken a chill-pill and I lived in Chile. As for the apology, honestly forget it there's no need.

Surely though, it's Ok if someone throws a line/gag at you like that one to pick it up yourself afterwards and use it occasionally isn't it?  :eyebrow

74 votes cast so far, most of us think it was average to above average so maybe best deemed 'slightly above average'

Well if we do a CALCULATION of the votes (5 points = excellent; 1 point = poor) we will reach an average of 3.08, so the answer to your poll must be "simply average".

This is because the more "above average" responses are levelled by the combo of "below average" and "poor". â

My guess is this the fair opinion, too. We were not poor, especially compared with the last season, nor great either. Unfortunately, average means only mediocrity for the club.

3.08 is slightly above average. But of course you could argue that using the mean average doesn't fairly reflect the fact that 60 out of 75 (80%) voted for average or above average and it was only 2 to 1 of those who voted average.

Bloody numbers !

Dya know?
There are three kinds of mathematicians:
those who can count and those who can't !
