well con, I'm over the moon for you mate. Glad everything went alright, also chuffed to know you're enjoying every minute of it. Well done mate, there's no better feeling in the world than being a father. Look after her, your lad, Sara and yourself.

PS...ignore the mother in law  :D

4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Congrats mate....
Just to encourage you....my son is now 3 months old and we're starting to get ca. 6 hrs sleep a night out of him. And hell is it overdue !! We'd forgotten how cruel and inhumane sleep deprivation was - our daughter is almost 7 now, so it's a while back...
But though we had our chisellers in reverse order to you (girl first, boy second - I just had to go again 'cos me mates were saying I had a si$$y mick3y !), the bond between father and daughter is just so special.
C'mon all ye female posters - do you agree ?

I love my son every bit as much, I hasten to add...

Agree with the first bit no periods, no excuses for no leg over ! second bit disagree with. Seen it twice, gross. Anyone who says childbirth is a wonderful thing are either sadistic or hungry for blood, you know, vampires ! It is the most grotesque thing you will ever see, fortunately for us men we have short memories and thus does not affect our sex life !

Thanks John.

Actually, she's (me mom-in-law) been a godsend. I'll be going back to work on wednesday.... we only get 2 weeks paternity leave here.... As we don't use nannies, she'll keep Sara company....

But I tell you.... it's a struggle to get time with the new baby... she keeps getting passed around from mum to grandmum to granda and back again!

I have to smuggle her out on the sly!

Cheers JamCar, Bunglemark, andy, red37, Kewell and Kharhaz.

All that's required now to complete a fantastic period for me would be for us to bring back old big ears for the 6th time.

mom-in-law...moving over to the far east lost the accent mate, it's mam-in-law  :D

2 weeks  :no you deserve longer off than that, but as long as there's family and friends around to help sara, she'll be alright. it's still great news mate, and I reckon you'll be buzzin for a long time.
