Miguel Angel Angulo's talks with Valencia over a new contract have broken down and his agent reckons he could be in line for a move to the Premiership Champions.
Angulo's agent said: "The negotiations with Valencia have broken down definitively, we are now allowed to negotiate with other clubs and the most interesting one for Angulo is Arsenal. They have offered us the same terms once again, that's to say less money than now and we can't agree to that. This is not a strategy to get more money, but the reality of the situation..."
