Honest question now, if DIC dont come in with a massive offer in the summer can you honestly see Hicks selling his shares in the club? If anything he seems more determined to buy the whole club. Whats to say if Gilette brought in other people and bought out Hick's share that they wouldnt act the same way.

Peewee, I really cannot fathom why you believe Hicks as sole owner would take us forward. You want Rafa, parry & GG out, hicks to take over and everything is hunky dory.

1. Rafa out - Who to replace him and how long do we give this guy to 'rebuild'
2. Parry out - Totally agree, probably a good administrator but thats all.
3. Hicks the great buinessman to take full control and laed us to world domination on and off the pitch.

Get real, show me his credentials that he has done this with any of the other sports clubs he owns. From what I have read they have gone backwards. I do not know if DIC would prove any better but two things, they would'nt wash their dirty laundry in public and they do have the financial back up.

Do you know that for a fact mate ? Last I heard was DIC had no intention of becoming 50/50 owners and would only buy if they had a controlling interest? Which would mean Hicks selling part or all his shares.

your slur about why i left the police is uncalled for, i chose to resign based on personal matters, i left the police in 1993 and moved to asia in 2002 so that little argument goes out of the window.

i moved to malaysia and not thailand so the argument about needing to find a thai woman is also out of order, i moved here for a better life and i have a better life.

as for spending a lot of time on the internet, not really, its logged in all day when i am at my office and very rare now i go on it at home. As for my girlfriend, well i could go down the route of having a young thai bird but my gf id two years younger than me and is successful in her own right so now we both know she is not with me for money.

any more sad little digs you want me to clear up for you?

(oh and at no point have i said I am a millionaire, i own properties and i am very comfortable, sorry if that offends you or makes you jealous)

Hicks isnt going anywhere. There is a huge credit crunch but I still dont think his going. His here to stay unless someone offers him something silly and DIC aint gonna do that.

i never said i believe he will take us forward, however with all the others out the way we can judge him based on him solely and take away any excuses.

as for washing dirty linen in public, rafa started that one mate with his 'i am focusing on my team" interview which led hicks to come out and discuss what the argument was about.

the point i am trying to make is that there are bigger issues at the club than the owners yet everyone wants to focus on the owners and blame them for the dross on the pitch earlier in the season. lets not confuse the two issues.

I am not confusing the two issues, yes we did have dross on the pitch earlier in the season but now we are playing well and winning, why would you want the manager out now.

IMHO the off the pitch issues have gone too far and its time time for them all to go so we can draw a line under the whole sorry episode. If Hicks stays and takes full control this media circus will never end, he is not the type to take a back seat like the Glazers have.

on a lighter note, this was posted on the Sky Sprts website a take on 'I will survive'

'Go on now go Tom, Walk out the door, don't turn around now, your not welcome anymore, how I long for you to crumble, and for DIC to break down the door'.
