Download DISKEEPER Woof, then you could do it all the time mate. It its great for keeping your hard drive defragged. Does it automatically without stopping you working (or playing ) on your comp.

I do a cleanup of my comp once a week. Ashampoo gets rid of all the internet garbage, PCbugdoctor gets rid of dodgy registry entries and use the built in defragger with windows. I also use registry first aid, it picks up what bugdoctor misses. As long as you do the basics your comp should be fine.

I use Diskeeper to defrag, CC Cleaner to clean the cr@p, A-squared and spybot search and destroy to check for spyware/malware and pc guard anti-virus(Virgin). All free except for Diskeeper  :;):

The best thing about owning a PC is that almost everything is free ! :D

Nanny, no need to trouble yourself with all of these high-tech programs.  Just lay off the online porn and you're sorted. :D

Sometimes it's not that you have spyware or something, if the other websites load quickly and well and google does not, it's simply that google is distributed in multiple servers, it might just be that the one assigned to you at that point is fúcked up.

Before trying anything, always turn off and on the computer. :D

 , The turning off always works well Sabre , I'ts when i turn on again the problems begin.   :D

Seriously thought , a quick reboot does often help. Whats that all about ? is it something to do with the "cache" ? .

I've also found that although google works well for me , since I started using firefox it's often slow to load.   :(
