Mikel Arteta is the fúcking commentator today, he has refused to go to the pitch to introduce the game "because I only played one week ago here, and I don't want trouble".

I'm a quiet guy, but I'm nervous right now.

ITV have just shown the Thomas goal for the fecking 1000 time.
