Interesting line up that, should be quite a good game, plenty of injuries for Arsenal going in to Tuesdays game would do nicely.

We either get a result and Raffa is a genius or we get hammered and the board suddenly has 100,s of new ( and some not so new ) members telling us who we should get to replace the Manager and what he should have done different.

I love this game  :hearts

i have a big problem with rafa picking a team like that when everton have an easy game vs derby and we aint garanteed 4th yet

champs league is another dream, we are the 5th best team in it and i dont expect us or think we deserve to keep underdogging, keeping it tight and going through.

champs league is unrealistic, 4th is realistic and its important we finish 4th so we can attract better players in the summer and hopefully improve once and for all

think he should concentrate on 4th place first before treating a game like a friendly

champs league is a far away dream, i loved instanbul but were we really the best team in europe that year? of course not

or last year, were we the 2nd best team in the comp? course not, we defended our way through rather than beat teams cause we are the better team

i want us to win the champs league dont get me wrong, but i want us to win it because we are by far the dominant team, not by defending our way through.

4th is more important than another go at defending our way to the final, if we finish 5th the quality of player we can attract in the summer will be less

In my opinion we are the favorites to win the CL but even if it's unrealistic to win it, we still get like 10 mill for getting to the semi finals.  We need as much money as we can get to pay off debts and for new players, so I'd say that CL is very important.

truth hurts eh

i personally dont enjoy watching us defend our way through the champs league

i want us to finish 4th, buy better players next year and then actually have a go at winning things playing football rather than by defending deep and counter attacking

That's an overdose of rotation, hope my forum mates are well after reading that.

To be honest that line up is a clear message that we're resting players and we throw this game to the WC. Every time we have rested the team and put a very weakened side it costed us, and I hope this is the first time that doesn't.

Arsenal in the other hand doesn't seem to be resting much right? that's shocking aswell, but I guess they can't afford not to at least to try to challenge for the league until the last week. But they'll pay off the effort on tuesday.

Let's see if these lads can grab a point at the least. Our main goal must be to put an high intensity game, one that tires the Arsenal players, in the very least.
