Anyone who says we didn't have a chance is a :censored: :censored:.

Yeah, we played some easy teams and got wins, but don't forget holding Chelsea scoreless at their home.  We were in good form, up to today.

We got beat, but were not :censored:, were just not #1.

And for real fans it shouldn't be a problem.

formation didnt work this time. but i think the sending off is the reason as it left a huge hole in the middle. alonso wasnt good enough to deal with it. and gerrard looked lost.

bad management from a man who saw a formation that worked, and presumed it would against any other team... plus we nede to rotate our players more, and sell stevie and torres to rebuild

Or we could cry about losing a game, sure.  Productive stuff, I actually heard Rafa is scouting posters for the squad too.

Yeah great attitude mate, just another one of those days like the last 22 times we have met Arsenal, Manure and Chavski. Weird how we always seem to have those days when playing good teams in the Prem under Rafa.

not cry but we need to understand why under Rafa we never turn up for games against the top three, something is wrong with the team in the league, can you not see that??

what if masch didnt get sent off?
what if it was hyypia, who has more experience played instead of skertel in defence?
what if pennant, who is trickier and faster was playing instead of kuyt?
what if torres had crouch to knock down balls to him?
what if we reverted back to 442 where stevie g would be in central midfield?

i never said which one i thought it was  :eyebrow

i honestly think tis a mixture of both. we need more than one formation when playing different teams. when some players dont perfoprm, the rest of the team need to pull there socks off. bennett did us no favours, but neither did masher

First half:  Poor decision by Reina, defence played decent at best.

Gerrard covered exceptionally well, Torres too.  Alonso wasn't here.

Second Half: Everything before + 10 men and a few other factors.

Bad day and outplayed and away at a big stadium and a man down.

I still beleive with some real wingers and a strong defense this team can beat Man U.

Played ok til they conceded goal, slack defending by skrtel. Had no hope after the sending off. Had a brief spell in the 2nd half before united finished them off easily. Poor performance yet again against United.

Nope there is more to it than just new players, I was warming to Rafa again after recent non rotation and good results but today again highlighted the problems, lack of imaginative tactics, persisting with that useless footballer Kuyt and an inability to get the lads fired up for the big premiership matches.

Here is my wish list for the summer, DIC to finally come in with 100% ownership, sack Rafa and get the best manager available and give him sh1tloads of money because we need some serious investment if we are to compete with Chavski, Arsenal and especially Manure.
