I don't think the foul itself was why Masch got his first yellow card, you could read his lips after he committed that foul. The ref shouldn't have to put up with that.

It was obvious this ref was going to do something stupid hence my earlier post that we needed to clam down - and that Mascher would walk.

Sick as a dog.

Babel off, Crouch on I say.

u'd mad babel looks our liveliest player

Lively maybe but no threat on goal.

I stopped watching after seeing Skrtyl being fouled by Wes Brown after he scored with his back which was only possible by climbing all over the defender with his hands. Like I said at the start of the thread: we need a scientist to work out all the variables of luck to win against these c*nts these days.

Oh, and I hear Masch gets sent off for sweet FA. The first tackle wasn't even a booking, and to send a player off for simply talking is a disgrace. Anyone saying he should have kept his mouth shut and deserved it are a disgrace too.

Mascherano is a complete idiot! He's playing straight into Ferguson's hands! What was he thinking? What's with him today? Did someone sleep with his wife or what?! He deserved the red card and it was a complete dumb- :censored: silly thing to get it!

And where the f*** is our captain?! Why didn't he drag him away or talk to him? Our captain has gone missing since the 1st whistle and that's IRRESPONSIBLE! The players seem so nervous out there and why is that so? Are they scared of Man U? If that's the case, we might as well surrender hopes for the title FOREVER!!! We need players who have the guts to stand up and give Man U hell!!!!

Damn- :censored: Mascherano!!!

For those of you still trying to get a stream up and working.  I got Channel 3606 working via the link below.  Click on the TV icon (right hand side of game detail)- then go to True vision......................... It is a bit flakey though.

Even Andy Gray dont understand the Torres bookin.....remarkable
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Fu.cking disgrace.

Too many players just not performing.  The ref has given us nothing and you can see why Mascherano was getting frustrated, but you could see that coming.  How stupid was he?  Reina is having a nightmare too.

And where was Gerrard when all this was going on?  Is he not the captain?  He wasn't interested and he wasn't interested even when the other players tried to speak to the ref at half time.  He's not up for this game at all, fu.cking disgrace as a captain.

We haven't helped ourselves here but neither has the ref.  How can the sky commentary team all fail to comment on the fact that Brown has not one but two hands on Skrtel's back going up for the headed goal?  It was a blatant foul, I'm absolutely fu.cking livid here and the worst thing is that the best possible outcome for us is keeping it at one nil.

he deserved to go....he's been telling the ref to f**k off for 40 mins and then got involed in something which had nothing to do with him.  HE then wouldn't leave the pitch and Rafa had to get involved....all very embarressing.

Right from my poinmt of view. I think the goal was awful, Reina probably screamed for it but for me Skyrtel has to head it away. Awful defending. Mash was a mug, he was bang unlucky to get booked but the Mancs had chipped into him and he lost the head. Bennet is and always has been a c... so give him an excuse at Old Trafford, and like most Premiership refs he'll send you off against them.

From here we're probably gone for all money anyhow so I'd go down swinging if we are going to. Crouch on, three at the back and go for it. May as well get beat three as one given Everton dropped points yesterday. Such a shame.

On a seperate note, i thought we were a touch disppointing in the first half TBH. They've manager to accomplish their aim of isolating Gerrard just a touch too easily. Might be an idea to ask the wide players to alternatively tuck in and give us a better shape against the better teams i think.

He is young and will learn but what I think  is more worrying is that Gerrard was nowhere to be seen. The captain should have nipped it in the bud before it became the problem it did...
