I think that Ferguson will try to counter our new style by packing up their midfield too.  This is going to be an ugly one.

Lets hope we don't concede from a set peice. I have a feeling that United will do us on a set peice.

Im feeling confident. Really think we can go there an get 3 points. If Torres and Gerrard have big games, theres no reason why we cant. And on the subject of Ferdinand, when his drugs ban was up it was on a monday. We hardly ever play games on a monday, especially not against United ???

I just hope Rafa doesn't :censored: the pants and try to contain Utd. We're in the in form team at the moment and should be taking it to them.

Don't have to nanny, you won't see Ronaldo anyway. You never do. Finnan's always had him in his pocket against us, and to prove the point, Aurellio's defensive duties look decent when he's played against "the world's best player"

We still have to go and win, there's no point in trying to draw because a point is no good to us right now. Attack from the off and put pressure on them. Cause the cockney and chinese faithful to get on United's back and we'll stroll to a 2-1 victory (there's being from a Vidic header from a corner, ours both coming from Toress)

Be wary though boys and girls, that the worst ref in the league IMO is our ref. Steve "send someone off every game" Bennett is the ref for the game, and with tackles flying in, I expect double figures for yellows and at least one red. Can't stand him as a ref and with the match being at Old Trafford then it's more than likely the decisions will fly their way.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Ronaldo, as great a player as he is, has often looked lost in big games but he has never been in better form than he is now.

We have to watch set plays. I am sure Fergie will be working on them agaisnt us as they have done us in on set plays many times.

Extremely difficult game this weekend at Old Trafford, where our recent record is rather poor.

I hope Rafa sends the team out on the front foot and try to take the game to United, if we sit back then eventually they will brake through with the quality they have. They also seem to do extremely well at corners and set-pieces of late against us too which is a worry.

The form we are on if we play well I can see us taking a point but nothing more than that unfortunately to be honest.

True, however, Man Utd have done us over in atleast 3 matches from a set peice since Rafa has been here.

I think set peices will be their best chance of getting a goal past us as I think we will dominate possesion.

Stop worrying what there gonna do to us, Dont be so negative there gonna be S.hitting themselves playing us at the thought that of us taking three points and what could eventually cost them the prem . Can you imagine how :censored: good that would feel,

So will be skipping this match......and going away for the weekend with my GF....

Hopefully the "rotation" or "who will you replace rafa with" threads won't be at the top of this fourm when i come back this monday (as that means we have lost the match..... )

cheers...

Good Grief. Say's it all really.

Note the subtle way he's blamed Rafa for having to miss the match?  Fess up, lad--the GF cracked the whip didn't she?  ???

Whats up bob......

Is that a subtle criticism at me ......aye ?

seriously, the last time i didn't watch the liverpool vs manure, we won the league cup....so hope history repeats itself....

i am outta here....

well my gf supports the scums so i wont be having any probs. ('',)
last time we played them we went to the liverpool fan club gathering at Hard Rock to watch the match. this time though we're going to their fanclub which happens to be called Crab Shack, or in my terms, :censored: :censored:. and im gonna go in a liverpool jersey!  :buttrock
